The first step? Reach out to us! During this call, text or email we will gather your demographics so that we can send you your intake paperwork and place a lab order either through us (cash) or quest (insurance). We will also schedule your consultation and take a $50 deposit for the consultation appointment

Your first official visit will be a virtual meeting with one of our professionally trained providers who will give an introduction to Revolutionary Wellness and Weight Loss. We will review  your labs, intake paperwork, personalized goals, explain an overview of the program and form a treatment plan unique to you. At this point you will be enrolled in our subscription plan, receive a prescription if applicable and your journey to a healthier you will begin! 

Follow-Ups will occur monthly, every other month, or every three months and will cover current weight, progress, challenges, wins, concerns, and guidance. *Remember* as this is a subscription model you can reach out to our office for support at any time and a provider will get back to you as soon as they can (typically within 24-48h). Refills will be provided as needed - it is recommended you contact the office at least one week prior to the end of your script.
