Should you wish to use insurance at the pharmacy please see our "Pharmacy Prescription" section for current rates. One prior authorization will be placed for requested medication. Should the prior authorization be declined or costs high you may transfer to the traditional delivery packages. Patient's will be responsible for the difference in package pricing. Costs of prescriptions at the pharmacy are dictated by your insurance company and Revolutionary Recovery LLC is not liable.

Prescriptions are shipped directly from the compounding pharmacy to patient's address. Shipping and supplies are included in pricing.

***a 30 day cancellation notice is required and no refunds are provided***

Prescriptions are submitted to a local pharmacy of patient's choice. Patient may elect to utilize insurance at the pharmacy - Revolutionary Recovery LLC is not responsible for pharmacy rates

One prior authorization will be placed to pharmacy - coverage is not guaranteed. Should the medication not be covered patient may elect to transition to a compounded + delivery package
